CLAIMS COORDINATION
The complimentary service that is offered to homeowners by Pearson Roofing is professionalism through dealing directly with you and your insurance company. This will ultimately make the claims process that much easier and convenient. This benefit allows your restoration project to get underway in a timely manner that saves valuable time. The expertise we bring to the bargaining table is beneficial- assuring that nothing is left out and making your property whole after a wind and hail incident. We have been doing this for 30 years, which is no mistake why we have been the leaders in the wind and hail restoration trade.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
Is your roof leaking? We can perform temporary emergency repairs. A service fee is paid by insurance. Within most cases, we can refer an emergency water extraction service in your area to help minimize water damages. A service fee would then be charged to the insurance carrier. It is our goal to ensure that necessary procedures are being taken into consideration in the name of homeowner concern.
GIVEN INSPECTIONS
Not sure if you have damage? Often times, wind and hail damage is not visible from the ground. Our inspectors have the knowledge to pinpoint wind and hail damage to roofing, gutters, siding, paint, windows, fences, and a/c coils. You will be able to rest-assured you'll receive an honest evaluation performed by our experts.
PLANNING YOUR PROJECT
Once we have a signed work agreement and have discussed all of your paperwork and your project needs. We will check to see if there are any visible design flaws that require attention. Then discuss solutions on resolving any issues that are present. We will then show you high quality replacement materials and offer feed back from our many years of expertise on your selection. After your selection is made we will put your project into production. Once the project is completed and our factory trained quality control inspector signs off, we will schedule a walk through inspection with you to answer any questions assuring a job well done. Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction,
WARRANTY
We will provide you with a written Pearson Labor and Manufacturer's Warranty for all projects.
